Shipment Policy

we are committed to ensuring timely and efficient delivery of your orders. While we strive to
meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control,
such as high order volumes or disruptions in postal and courier services. We appreciate your
understanding in such situations.
 


​      Within Bangalore Deliveries​.

  • Orders placed between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM will be eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Orders placed outside these hours or on Mondays (non-operational day) will be processed on the next working day.

  • Tracking details for your order will be shared once the order is dispatched.

    Outside Bangalore Deliveries

  • Orders destined for locations outside Bangalore will be processed and delivered within 3-4 working days.

  • Tracking details will be shared with you for every order to ensure transparency and ease of monitoring.

    Shipment Charges

  • Shipment charges are calculated based on the distance (in kilometers) between our store and the delivery location.

  • These charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

    In-Store Pickup

  • For a quick and convenient pickup option, customers can place their orders via WhatsApp and collect them directly from our store.

    International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to the following countries: UAE, UK, USA, Singapore, Germany, and Canada.

  • For shipping to countries not listed above, please reach out to us via WhatsApp for personalized assistance.

  • Delivery timelines for international orders may vary significantly depending on the destination country. We recommend contacting us for estimated delivery times for your specific location.

    Customs Duties and Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs charged by Ujwal's Mangalore Stores.

  • We advise checking with your local customs office for information on potential feesbefore placing your order.

    Non-Operational Days

  • We do not operate on Mondays.

  • Orders placed on Mondays will be processed the following day.

  • High-volume periods, holidays, or extreme weather conditions may impact delivery timelines. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

  • Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address and contact details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
