Return and refund policy

and Exchange Policy below:

Returns
Returns are not accepted for products that are delivered in the same condition as shipped. If the
product matches your order and has no discrepancies in weight, a return request will not be
entertained.


Damages and Issues
We kindly request you to inspect your order upon delivery and promptly reach out to us if you
receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This allows us to assess the issue and take
appropriate steps to resolve it.


However, please note that we cannot guarantee all items will arrive without any breakage.
Fragile items, such as cookies and Chakuli, are particularly delicate, making it nearly impossible
to avoid some breakage during transit. This also applies to other sensitive snacks.


If the box appears tampered with, damaged, or compromised during transit, kindly decline the
delivery. Notify the courier on the spot and immediately contact our Customer Service team at

Exchanges
We recognize that on rare occasions, discrepancies such as weight changes or incorrect items
may occur during transit. In such cases, we will gladly facilitate an exchange. Please follow the
steps below:
1. Notify Us: Report any weight variation or incorrect item within 4 hours of delivery by

2. Provide Evidence: Send clear photographs that show the discrepancy. This helps us
validate your claim and address it promptly.
3. Approval Process: Once we review and confirm the issue, we will approve your
exchange and provide the next steps.
4. Replacement: Once the exchange is approved, we will quickly process and ship the
replacement product to you to minimize inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests must be made before the order is assigned to a delivery executive. If the
request is received within this time frame, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.
If we are unable to ship your item due to stock unavailability or shipping challenges, your order
will be canceled, and you will receive a cancellation notification. In such cases, a full refund will
be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.


Refunds
If an issue with weight or an incorrect product cannot be resolved through an exchange, we will
issue a refund to your original payment method. This refund will also include applicable shipping costs.
